High dose Vit C helps for a couple of days. I would drink lots of water, maybe

up the magnesium. It seems like my kids needed more magnesium when they were

detoxing.

[ ] Just Had Filling Removed...Questions/Headache

I had my fillings removed this morning and now I have a horrible headache. I

am also feeling fuzzy and having trouble focusing/reading things. I am not sure

what to do. I tried going through Andy's book and I read something about Vic C,

so I took some. I am wondering how long this headache, etc. will last and what I

can do to make it all go away faster. Any suggestions?? I am looking forward to

starting chelation next week. Thanks!

Maybe consider adding in some charcoal to mop up toxins.

Thanks for all the info. I will continue high dose vit c & mag for a few days.

Yesterday was the worst headache I think I've ever had! , I couldn't afford

to go to a specialist, so I had my regular dentist do it. He did the best he

could. I knew it wasn't the smartest move, but the longer I had them in, the

worse I was feeling. Since the filling was leaching into the tooth, my insurance

agreed to pay for it. Oh well....now I can begin to chelate next week with our

son.
