As it's been said, you can't mix and match oral and transdermal.

You can't do DMSA transdermal.

You make transdermal ALA by mixing it with high quality lotion.

Dosing and frequency is the same as oral, every three hours day and night.

1) How do you make it

2) Does Andy think it absorbs or is as effective as taking it orally?

3) is the dosing quantity and timing the same

Just trying to figure the whole overnight thing to minimize sleep issues on

SUnday nights before school.....
