Hello listmates,

My son's hair elements test came back meeting the counting rules and showing

extremely high lead, aluminum, copper and beryllium. It is in the files section

under JRHHairElementDDI.

If I am reading AC's Hair Test Interpretation correctly...

Aluminum levels are thought to be correct even in deranged mineral transport,

but may be due to mercury.

Copper levels, if very high (my son's was 840 with ref range of 11-32), are

significant even in deranged transport.

Lead elevated on hair test means a problem,

and Beryllium doesn't seem so clear to me.

Can anyone lend any insights? Are there folks out there dealing with anything

similar?

Thanks!
