Milk has a lot of good properties beyond calcium and to me it's pretty hard to plan a balanced diet without milk. Doesn't mean you should give it to someone who is intolerant. [ ] Re:Can anyone trying raw cow or raw goat milk please take notes and get My son was on raw goats milk. The goat was feed a wheat free and gluten free diet as well. He did really, really well. Gained lost weight rapidly and was content until his body decided to work up to an allergic reaction. Then like everything else he rejected it. But I am a believer in it if it is from a good source.
