Guest guest
What protocol were you using? What dosage? What supporting supplements? You should never chelate every day. Most of us chelate 3 days on and 4 days off. You should take a break for as long as you chelate, at least. We had good success with a 6 days on and 8 days off over the holidays. Chelation causes oxidative stress. You need to take anti-oxidants while chelating as a minimum, but you also need a break to let your body recover and normalize minerals. When should I start chelating again?                                            \
Guest guest
Hi , Didn't you just discover you had some amalgam under other dental work? You need to have those properly removed first, then DMSA only for 3 months before added ALA. LInda S S How long should I lay off the chelation?
