What protocol were you using? What dosage? What supporting supplements?

You should never chelate every day. Most of us chelate 3 days on and 4 days off.

You should take a break for as long as you chelate, at least.

We had good success with a 6 days on and 8 days off over the holidays.

Chelation causes oxidative stress. You need to take anti-oxidants while

chelating as a minimum, but you also need a break to let your body recover and

normalize minerals.

Subject: [ ] How long should I lay off the chelation?

I have both COMT and MTFR mutations.I did real good in my first two months of

chelating every day,my porphyrins have not been retested, but I began to develop

worsening GI inflammation, loss of appetite, and inability to tolerate any solid

foods.I havve stopped chelating, and the pain has let up,and my appetite is

coming back.

When should I start chelating again?

Hi ,

Didn't you just discover you had some amalgam under other dental work? You need

to have those properly removed first, then DMSA only for 3 months before added

ALA.
