I have this link bookmarked with a shortcut

on my desktop that I can click on to check the

Aches & Pains Index from Weather.com:

I've definitely noticed more pain/inflammation

with the heat and humidity here in Northwest PA

lately.

I felt WAY better last fall in Southwest NM and

will let you know if I feel better when we get there

in October.
