Guest guest
Hello! I am not sure if Andy has spoken to this, but I have been reading on the effectiveness of the natural form of ALA " R Lipoic Acid " whereas most of the commerical ALA we use is only 50% of this form, and the rest is S Lipoic Acid, which is synthetic. Does anyone know more on this and, if so, are the dosages the same if using RLA? Thank you, Fiona
Guest guest
Fiona, Andy does address R Lipoic, and recommends not using it. Too unstudied, too unpredictable, too powerful, too risky. If you do decide to become a lab monkey, I would use the lower end of the 1/8-1/2 mg per lb dose recommendation.
