Guest guest
Kim, Save the oil for tummy and feet rub, you are right, it is way too strong for an adult, let's not talk about a child. For oral use l recommend oreganol p73 from north american herb and spice, each oil pearl contains 6 drops, they are tiny and easy to swallow. Go slow w this, they are strong for such a small size. Isa Enviado desde mi oficina móvil BlackBerry® de Telcel [ ] OOO Oil of Oregano I purchased a liquid form of OOO and would like to know an easier way to take this stuff. I tried some on my tongue and it about knocked me to the floor.... I can't get my 6 year old son to take pills so I thought I could try this since it is a liquid. How do you get your kids to take this when I can't even take it without gagging. lol Kim in OK
Guest guest
I used to put ours in some water then get a syringe and syringe into my sons mouth, then reward him with something nice afterwards, he now just drinks it out of a cup, i think either he knows it makes him feel better or he has got used to the taste. Guest guest
I don't think my son will take it that easy and personally I wouldn't blame him. Guest guest
Do you think this can be diluted with olive oil to use on the skin? Guest guest
I think I will try the gel caps. Thanks! Kim _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Pamela H Sent: Tuesday, March 30, 2010 12:39 PM Subject: [ ] Re: OOO Oil of Oregano the gel caps are very small. Liquid is caustic, and you need to put it in to juice, water or something else; followed by a 'chaser'. My guess is he won't take this more than once in liquid form! Pam (ps. they really ARE small! Guest guest
I normally mix it(2-3 drops) in my son's milk or juice. It works fine. Guest guest
It depends on the strength of the drops...i have a very concentrated form so i put a couple of drops in some pineapple juice or Vitamin C liquid and use a sryinge to give it to my son-it's nasty but he takes it and then gives me the yucky face afterwards then I praise him to death. > > > > I purchased a liquid form of OOO and would like to know an easier way to > > take this stuff.
