Guest guest
Is it possible to make a coconut milk consistency like So from either fresh coconuts and/or the concentrate? We use So too, but I do not like it for all the reasons mentioned. Thanks, Alice
Guest guest
are you anywhere near a trader joes? the coconut milk there has only 1 ingrediant ;~) Re: Coconut Milk I'd actually be more worried about the carrageenan and synthetic vitamin D (D2). Personally I wouldn't consume that. On Jul 10, 2010, at 3:00 PM, adrcoco wrote: > Hi Everyone.. > > I came across this product at Sprouts. Guest guest
I drink young coconut juice all the time. I cut them open myself. The juice should have a very light natural sweetness. If it is very sweet, and the sweetness is consistent with the product, they must have added some sugar or sugar substitute. Guest guest
Where do you find these young coconuts. I go to the farmer's markets, and also the local German stores and I only see coconuts! How do you tell the difference. I love coconut, I drink the water, and eat the meat, but I am the only one in my house that likes coconut. It is amazing how many people don't like it.
