Guest guest
I just had hair tests done on my NT kids. My daughter, whose dietary exposure to aluminum would be virtually nothing, had double the high of the reference range in aluminum. One look at that and I had a very sudden and fearful flashforward to her life in 50 years IF I don't take action now to avert that. One of the many things that this whole biomedical journey has taught me is that " neurotypical " does not equal " good health " . Very happy to see such research being done outside of our circles. Not sure how far this particular study will get us (Big pharma has deep pockets, everything to lose, and an unparalleled lack of conscience) but I am somewhat hopeful that my kids won't feel compelled to be hairtesting their children. Guest guest
I'm glad somebody is mentioning aluminum. I'd like to point out that we are all exposed to aluminum every day in our anti-perspirants. The active ingredient that makes them anti-perspirant is aluminum zirconium trichlorohydrex GLY. My kinesiologist/nutritionist alerted me to this when she was helping me purge excess aluminum from my body, which she felt was a contributing factor in the weakness of my immune system (my immune system has since recovered). She also told me that many of our pots and pans use aluminum. I did try to find anti-perspirants without aluminum, but to no avail. I also tried to use plain deodorant but found I got too sweaty and stinky, so back to the aluminum. For me, I'd rather be nonsweaty and remove the aluminum at a later time. But I thought I should let you all know. -Angie p.s. everyone, pls remember to " snip " your posts -- remove anything except pertinent parts of the info you are replying to -- otherwise, those of us who get the journal format have to scroll through all the old material over and over again. Guest guest
Oh yes, it's ever so important to not smell *snerk*. Really, not smelling sweaty is so much more important than your health. I mean, of course, smelly sweat has nothing to do with being unhealthy. </snark> Seriously. Are you willing to give away your health for " smelling good " or " not smelling " ? The mind boggles. --- angelica24601 <afaltotten@...> wrote: > I'm glad somebody is mentioning aluminum. Guest guest
You may want to try Nature's Gate brand deodorants, which work very well and do not contain aluminum. And use them twice/day. Guest guest
I struggled with the antipersperant/stinky thing, too. Now I use grapefruit seed extract. Barely sweat. Rarely stink. No aluminum. Fagan Morrow ariashheart@... Re: Re: Aluminum in Vaccines Oh yes, it's ever so important to not smell *snerk*. Really, not smelling sweaty is so much more important than your health. Guest guest
Do you take the GSE internally or use underarms? If you don't mind my asking.... Guest guest
One drop under the arms. I must tell you it works great! When I really push it, like heavy yard work in the sun, and naturally have BO, it is a woody, earthy smell. It actually works out to be far cheaper than any deodorant I've ever used, and GSE has like a million and one uses. Fagan Morrow ariashheart@... Guest guest
" I struggled with the antipersperant/stinky thing, too. Now I use grapefruit seed extract. Barely sweat. Rarely stink. No aluminum. " I have been using the mineral salts crystal for 2 years now and really like it. What is it about grapefruit seed extract? Does it help with sweating? I LOVE the smell of it more than any other EO! ~Connie --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice. Make PC-to-Phone Calls to the US (and 30+ countries) for 2ยข/min or less.
