Here's a post from Andy on the subject . . .

The magnesium injections he refers to in this post is described on pages 192 -

194 of his Amalgam Illness book.

of my magnesium levels being low. I just can't seem to get them to rise because

of mercury in my system. If anyone has any tricks or tips on how to raise them

I would very much appreciate it. I take magnesium malate and I'm trying

transdermal but nothing seems to be helping. Thanks for helping.

does the problem of hanging on to magnesium resolve after you chelate long

enough to get the mercury out?

Limit calcium containing foods, encourage green vegetables and add

transdermal magnesium by epsom salts or magnesium oils.

I think the easiest cheapest way would be to take daily epsom salt baths. Just

be sure to take some molybdenum as well.

Thanks everyone for answering.  I was also just reading in his book where it

talks about a cream containing magnesium sulfate and dmso.  Does anyone know

anything else about making this cream?  Thank you.

Someone told me that taking taurine with magnesium increases its absorption. My

son had signs of magnesium wasting on his hair test.

OurKids makes a magnesium cream. That being said not sure if Dana is on this

group but she has a recipe for making it yourself. I don't know what it is

exactally and I can't open files for some reason even if I could find it.

I recently cut my calcium from 12 to 4 with the RDA at 7. I increased magnesium

by taking it three

times a day, and there were just some very minor cramping on the first day but

now, a month later, I

am able to do long climbs up hills and have no cramping and feel good.

This group really is the best. Maybe 10 years I've been here, and the advice you

see on this group

is exceptional. I think the above advice might apply to far more people than

just the mercury toxic

individuals.

Is it possible for someone to send me the magnesium injection protocol?  Is

there a file somewhere with instructions?  I'm going to have to do something

drastic.

From what I've read here and in Andy's book Amalgam Illness, mineral imbalances

due to mercury poisoning, such hypomagnesiumemia, should resolve with sufficient

chelation.

The taurine and potassium Andy mentions in the post are fairly inexpensive and

would be good additions to the molybdenum and epsom salt baths.

What type of magnesium are you taking? I don't know of any magnesium

shots...but there is ionic magnesium. It is a liquid...and it is supposed to be

absorbed better than the usual. Are you taking potassium? Potassium can cause

some of the same issues as magnesium.

They are both part of the basic electrolytes...Are you taking vit K?

It also helps with Magnesium and Calcium.

your health food stores, some of them sell it...

I like the ionic minerals too. My son tolerates the ionic zinc better than any

other form. Here is where I get mine. www.kornax.com

Hi again, thank you so much for replying.  What exactly is molybdenum and how do

you use it?  Where is a good place to get it?  Thanks

Hi

We use Kirkman's. There is probably more information on it in the files section

of the group. I think I read about the need for it in Andy's hair test book but

don't quote me. It's one of those trace elements that we need.
