Guest guest
Amalgam Illness is the best reference book, though it isn't specifically for kids. These links are very useful http://onibasu.com/wiki/Cutler_protocol The Files here and on the Recovery From Autism group are great. Read them, print them out, reread. And when you want to research something, you can go to to www.onibasu.com, type in your search topic and andrewhallcutler in the search box, then check the boxes for groups related to AC protocol (autism treatment, frequent-dose-chelation, etc.). to see if Andy has posted comments on it before. Side effects are usually yeast-related or adrenal-related in our home. If you use higher doses of DMSA, you may get lowered neutrophils (immunity). These side effects can be avoided or managed so don't let it deter you. Jo Chelating myself (R#35, 25mg ALA/40mg DMPS) and 11 yo son, R#27, 5mg DMSA/15mg ALA 7 yo son, R#23, 16mg ALA (sometimes + 10mg DMPS) 3 yo son, R#16, 8mg ALA > > 1. I wanted to know which of Andy's books I should buy if I am just getting started with this. I should have hair test results back in about 3 weeks. I should be reading. Guest guest
thank you, thank you!! Will this book tell me why you would choose DMPS as opposed to DMSA? I know someone else mentioned I get the Hair Test book (that's why I am so confused...I don't know the difference between the two books). As far as yeast, we are using Apple Cider Vinegar, Kombucha Tea, Probiotics right now. I have a script for Diflucan, but I am trying not to use it if at all possible. I would rather add in the OoO...but that would kill all the probiotics I am using. So, I am holding off of that too. I don't know if the GSE or OLE kills the good bacteria too or not. Thanks again!
