I haven't seen a reply to this so repeating it. FYI I am new to the Cutler

protocol but have recently added this to my treatment regimens. We do phone

consults, although the initial visit is best in person (I see patients in

both Florida and VA). Hope this helps, and reposting will get other

responses.
