Guest guest
I am not sure if I should discontinue b vitamin supplements due to the excessive amount in my blood. I am concerned about the b6 level and I would rather not add on vitamin overdose on top of mercury poisoning. Here are the results: Vitamin b6: 135 (range: 3.0-36.0) Vitamin b12: 1235 (range: 260-935) Thank you.

It may be that you are deficient in the nutrients that are required for proper absorption of those vitamins. Do you take magnesium? Do you take folic acid, B2, and carnitine? Guest guest
A lot of the problem with b12 is the type that you are using from what I was told. Methyl is good by cyno can cause some issues. hth Ronni > > > > I am not sure if I should discontinue b vitamin supplements due to the excessive amount in my blood.
