Guest guest
I didn't read the entire thread/exchange between you and Andy, but did find this in the archives regarding high dose Vitamin A . . . http://onibasu.com/archives/am/112213.html Also, according to this article by Dr. Megson Vitamin A helps the immune, visual and gastrointestinal systems. Perhaps Andy recommended the higher dose to address some ongoing issue your son has in one of these areas. http://www.megson.com/readings/BiologicalBasis.pdf > > > > > > You might also ensure you are giving him adequate vitamin A, 50,000 to 100,000 IU per day. > > > > > Andy > > > > > Andy I need to ask why that much vit A? Guest guest
I'd like to hear what others say, but I would never use that much (50-100,000 I.U.) daily. Most would be 10,000 to 20,000 per day for my patients, although we will use one or two days with very high doses of 400,00 I.U. for one to two days no more than once monthly. Guest guest
> how do you get that much Vit A into a kid? I used a capsule, which has since been discontinued. You can buy mycellized drops now. >>Has anyone seen all the gains Andy mentioned from high dose Vit A? I used high dose protocol [higher dose than what Andy recommended here].
