Guest guest
I believe that disconnected kids by dr. robert melillo is a good place to start. It helps identify weaknesses or understimulated areas of the brain and gives you a plan to correct them. For my son, ALA chelation was basically the first step. He did not tolerate most supplements until about round 50, and at that point I was able to add them. It was mostly the supplements that recovered him, but he needed the chelation to tolerate the supplements. Dana
Guest guest
Sharon, Where do you purchase from? I googled and it came up with numerous places but I wanted to make sure it was the purest kind. Guest guest
The brain is " plastic " which means it heals itself, especially when kids are young. That's why it's important to start early. If the brain did not heal itself most people wouldn't make it past high school. I'm sure there are great therapies to speed this process up though... We never did any therapy. In the beginning she would never have put up with any therapy and as time went on it was apparent that therapy was not needed, only continual metal removal as she just did things without being taught like she had always done them. just wondering if most children that chelate for years doing AC protocol and get the metals out need other types of therapies or treatments to repair the damage that was done due to mercury, lead etc... or do the recover skills etc w/o any additonal therapies.I have heard of neurofeedback and many more.Just curious I guess...we are at the beginning of chelation but have been at biomed 6 years plus including tradional therpaies.... Guest guest
I have heard of people having success with neurofeedback. Also some computer games that help the brain. We haven't tried anything yet. We are still working on the chelation. Couple years to go.
