Try this for quick relief...when I used to have athletes feet and then when

I had the feminine areas itching and driving me crazy I

thought......TINACTIN which works so well and fast on athletes foot....so I

tried it and was

amazed and it doesn't burn like desenex. Tinactin can be had at the

pharmacy. I've not had any side effects from it and used it for several days,

.....a little goes a long way.....

But....gettting at the cause of the problem.....I eliminated sugar , dairy,

(not eggs as chickens do not give milk and eggs should not be in the dairy

department), and after years of having fungal toenails...believe it or not

now new toenails are growing out with putting nothing on them......a good

thing to do is soak them in vinegar and water a recent suggestion to me if

one has the problem....a friend told me about that as they soaked her

husband's toes just one time and she said the infected nails fell off in a

week.........sounds prettty far fetched what the heck...I'm just now trying it

to see what happens.....

So I also take Aqua Flora a liquid probiotic which tastes good and the

health food store should have that...a Nutritionist sends it to me and she

runs a health food store.

I would start looking online ,google

We have our own dwarf Nigerians(mini dairy goats just for our son), and we

live in a village not the country. They are like the size of a medium dog,

and give 1-2 qts a day of the sweetest milk you will ever taste. We watch

him drink it and you can literally see the progress immediately….better eye

contact, more present, more verbal. Not that you have to…but if I had to…I

would pay 100 a glass… It was that helpful. I make him yogurt from it (so

easy). It is his favorite drink and he drinks it like the antidote is in

it…..because it is!

The best way might be to look up goat breeders in your area and explain your

situation…I have an autistic child on a special diet and I would like buy

raw goat milk, can you point me to someone. Also some farms offer goat

shares, you actually own part of a goat and they keep and milk it for you.

If you live in a state that allows raw milk to be sold in stores I would try

a health food store. local farmers are the best though.
