I have heard that this is a good help for yeast...and since we have tried about

everything else.....would like to know how to dose this...

My kids weigh in at 110 and 165. Would like to know if there is more info about

this and if there is a top limit or what.

Thanks

Ronni

I use half amla, half NutriBiotics Ascorbate bio-C powder now, but when I

started I just used amla because he couldn't tolerate the vit c yet. I think

half and half is a great way to go, you could start with one capsule and work

up.

Hi,

The ancient indians knew about the power of AMLA since 2500BC. In India we used

a product from DABUR ayurvedic labs called 'Dabur Chyawanprash'. Whenever we

would get sick my mother would give it to us. She would give it to us one

teaspoon on a regular basis during winter months. Check this site out:

Forgot to add that Chyawanprash tastes great. It does have some Clarified

Butter(Ghee) in it which is ok for a GFCF diet.
