More than two years ago when I started giving shot MB12, it was just pure MB12

for every other day, then after 8 months Folinic acid & NACwas added, and since

9 months ago the ingridients are MB12 625 microgram s & HB12 625 micrograms,

Folinic Acid 400 micrigrams, NAC 10 mg per dose. for every other day, however

sometimes I give him everyday.

thanks sue.

Sue,

Hello. Your situation baffles me. Are you giving him the injections

intramuscularly? I know when taking B12 orally, there may not be an improvement

in levels due to lack of intrinsic factor (a protein produced by the stomach

that is required for B12 absorption, works much like the action of an

enzyme)..... this is the case in pernicious anemia. However, lack of intrinsic

factor would not affect his B12 levels if he is getting B12 injections (since it

bypasses the stomach and intestinal tract).....

What type of B12 is he receiving? Is it methyl B12? How many mcg's is he getting

per injection? Has he had the schilling test to see what type of anemia he has?

times every night, however he is still have B12 deficiency. I do not know what

else I need to do. I am looking for a case like him, if there is? how u

addressed this problem. Last time when I saw his DAN dr. she said give him every

day for about A MONTH FOR seeing any difference, which I have not seen anything

different. PLEASE HELP, HELP.
