OT: Bee or wasp sting getting worse

My daughter was stung by a bee or wasp 2 days ago on her arm; the area looks to

be getting worse instead of better, it is red and she is complaining of it being

really itchy. I'm worried about it being infected. Are there any natural

things I can try, short of going to the doctor and getting an antibiotic

(again!). We have done ice and calamine lotion. She doesn't want to take

Benedryl.
