Guest guest
For many months after quiting ALA, my mouth, voice, and throat were swollen, blistered and cracked, but now that I'm back on it again, my lips have gone from regularly cracked, swollen and mis-shapen to healthy again! This is a dramatic difference. Before I had to use burt's bees to keep them the cracks from bleeding. Now, my lips are much better. My tongue still has a sore-bump on the left side. http://www.vitalityplusaustralia.com/files/tongue_reflex_chart_250x250.jpg http://www.contemporarychinesetherapy.com/treatments.htm http://www.greekmedicine.net/diagnosis/reflex_zones Probably related to the liver/gallbladder. I slept outside last night, which normally is great, but some nights... ouch!!! when the sky is blurry and murky, I get headaches. Anyways, it seems the solution to the mouth problems is to keep using ALA, but do it right. I'm taking it every 2 hours now, and only 50mg at a time.
