I am taking ALA now ( followed by AC protocol). However, I do not have the whole

picture of this protocol. Still have some questions on how to do and what to

do...

I wonder can ALA bind mercury and send them to stool out of body? How do we take

care of mercury re-distribution all over the body in this protocol?

I am taking ALA 25mg every three hours. It has been 24 hours already.

Sincerely,

The low and frequent dosing is designed to minimize re-distribution. You want to

make sure you are taking antioxidants like Vitamin C and E.

You want to be passing stool every day if possible.

There are also other recommended supps to take. There is a list in the files

section.
