Andy - vit. A safe for boy 15 yo?

I think my 15yo son needs it, but I recently read it interferes with

testosterone. Since my son is going through puberty, I wouldn't like to mess

with his hormones at this time. Are there safe dosages, and what would they be?

Also, I remember vaguely vit. A as CLO shoudn't be given at the same time as Ca

Mn and other minerals - is that correct?

Hope someone else chimes in here, but I think the issue is with girls due to

potential harm to a developing child. Check out this post from Andy for high

dose vitamin A information. He doesn't mention a special risk for boys . . .
