Pimples/red spotty sores on buttox

Now that my son is 9.5 I don't see him in the buff as often. As he was hopping

in the shower I saw his behind and it was covered in a horrible mess of red ugly

bumpy sores or pimples. He looked a bit red in the groin area also. We have been

using yeast aid from Kirkman as the Nystatin he had been on did not seem to be

working any longer. Does anyone else think this is a yeast issue or is it

something else I am not aware of? The yeast factor drives me nuts!!
