Undiagnosed neural tube defects?

I was wondering anybody whose child has been found to have both C677T and A1298C

mutations has been found to have neural tube defects or spina bifida that were

not quite severe enough to be detected at birth?

Could this cause secondary immune problems ? Could this also case " features of

autism " ?
