Thanks Pam,

I appreciate the encouragement. It helps to hear that I am not the only worry

wart. I would be sleepless all weekend, which is worth it, but I don't feel like

I have my ducks in a row. No recent hair test, no actual book to follow, I will

order the A..I. book though, and I don't have the chelators yet.

I have been waiting to hear from Yasko bloodwork what the genetic mutations mean

for him. The MTHTR and the dumping of B-12 in the methylation pathway. I just

don't want to start something that will send him into a tailspin.

But, I am reading a lot of posts and getting the jest of how successful the AC

protocol is. I understand a lot of the reasoning and definitely feel its an

important piece of recovery .

I also have amalga. fillings and have researched the process of removal. I am

definitely a believer, just have limits on budget and time that cause me to hold

back on this.

But, I also really believe the sooner the chelation starts, the better.

Sorry, to ramble. Thanks for directing that at me, Pam. I am really trying to

get on board, here.

Heidi
