Guest guest
I found with calcium and magnesium I needed to start really low (it was around 30mg.. but maybe you need to go lower).. and orotate was the best tolerated. Sometimes taurine helps with magnesium.. I remember Dana saying that. I am sure she can pipe in with the exact info. Guest guest
I would give epsom salt baths, liquid ionic zinc (www.kornax.com has one that I can't taste in water), and I would just make sure he is getting leafy green vegetables and hold off on the calcium supps for now. (kale, spinach, chard, collard greens). You can hide the greens in a blueberry/banana smoothie, in meatloaf, meatballs, spaghetti sauce... If the hair test shows high mag (like my son's did), try giving it with taurine so he absorbs it and quits wasting it. Worked for us. > > > > My son as severed ADHD and when I add any of these supplements it's even worse.
