Guest guest
Hi , You know, that's the funny thing. My son did horrible on B-12 and he took it daily, with raging after a couple of weeks. But SAM-e, when he takes it as needed, seems to work well. However, if he took it everyday, it might be a different story. So maybe just try it during the really rough days--but beware daily use, if B-12 is an issue..? In a message dated 4/9/2010 5:20:55 P.M. For mood stabilization, Andy recommends GABA or lithium orotate. You don't really describe what the symptoms are; it could very well be a choline issue. Aren't there at least two types of b12, methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin (the cheap b12)? Could that be a factor? Maybe your child benefits from the 'methyl' from Sam-e but was not getting it from cyanocobalamin. http://supplementchemistry.blogspot.com/2008/03/b12-cyanocobalamin-versus.html Joe
