Guest guest
Not the typical route, but we see improvements above and beyond oral supplement anti-virals with coconut oil added to food, used for massages, and also Bioset/NAET type work, and homeopathy has been helpful. > > We are still fighting viruses and not sure what to do to get rid of them. > > Here is what we have done so far: > > Lysine: 3000 x 3 for several months.....twice. > > Ole low dose for several years and high dose for a year...3000mg several times a day. > > virastop 20+ pills a day for several months > > Vit C....went up to 20 grams and held til they got diarrhea some months later. > > Immune boosters and balancers. > > Beta glucan > epicor > astragulus > elderberry > there is more but can't remember > > > We have not done high vit A as their measles titers came back > normal...does this address other viruses. > > What am I missing or where do I find more on the virus families that I need to attack....am at wits ends to find this hidden pain in the butt virus so we can get beyond it. There is no vitamin A or vitamin D here, both of which were required at my house in addition to what you list above. > We have not done high vit A as their measles titers came back > normal...does this address other viruses. Do you give a normal amount of vitamin A? Dana

Guest guest
They take a good multi-vitamin and they 3333 Iu from acetyl acetate and 5000 from beta caroteen which I am not sure how usable as I am not sure they are able to use that. Am wondering about thyroid issues again. They take 4000 IU's of Vit D. The D they have been on for years....we do go down a little in the summer...but we do live in Northern WA. Thanks for the input, Dana, you know I always appreciate your help. They actually appeared to poison his brain until I corrected that problem. I used selenium, tyrosine, and iodine. Dana
Guest guest
They take selenium daily....200 mcgs. As to the tyrosine...I don't know how to do it...where to start. We are just starting to take iodine drops now...called magnascent. It is supposed to be some of the best. I wish it were a pill. Easier to get down them. Guest guest
There's a great website that discusses the viral cycle and how to get continual improvement and overcome plateaus while fighting viruses. The technique in combination with chelation has been working well for my son. Here is the address www.enzymestuff.com/conditionviruses.htm Goodluck, ________________________________ From: ronnimike <HISSPECIALTOUCH@...> Sent: Sun, January 31, 2010 8:49:36 PM Subject: [ ] Viral question  We are still fighting viruses and not sure what to do to get rid of them. Guest guest
> As to the tyrosine...I don't know how to do it...where to start. I did some research and discovered that tyrosine requires B6, folic acid, and copper for proper absorption. So far, my kids are okay with B6 and copper, but even tho they were fully loaded with folic acid prior to starting the tyrosine, giving the tyrosine has caused major folic acid deficiency symptoms here. I have to supplement with TONS of folic, plus the supps that the folic requires for proper absorption. At my house, this is a sign that they are severely tyrosine deficient. I started tyrosine at 250mg. Today, I can give 500mg tyrosine, but I still have to supplement with tons of folic to avoid folic deficiency. But I also notice improvement in thyroid issues. Guest guest
being dense here...but what is tons of folic. we give 8000 a day just to keep things static quo..so not sure how much to bump it up. All I know is if we go lower than the 8000 we see issues arise. > > As to the tyrosine...I don't know how to do it...where to start. > > > I did some research and discovered that tyrosine requires B6, folic acid, and copper for proper absorption. Guest guest
Body ecology diet has antiviral protocol for 10 days I think, not too hard, my son on this diet and seems to do well as far as viruses goes, also silver water 3ppm works well Natalia Sent from my BlackBerry® smartphone with Nextel Direct Connect [ ] Re: Viral question being dense here...but what is tons of folic. we give 8000 a day just to keep things static quo..so not sure how much to bump it up. All I know is if we go lower than the 8000 we see issues arise. When I was giving mB12, my son needed fifty 800mcg tablets of folic acid per dose of mB12. This number reduced as his B12 deficiency was eliminated. Right now, I give my son twenty 800mcg tablets [they fit five to a OOO capsule] along with 250mg tyrosine. This is reducing tho, so that every other day I can give him 500mg tyrosine with the same twenty tablets and that is fine. Dana
