Hi,

i am confused on how to read the results of a food allergy IgE and IgG test. I

had really high IgG reactions to eggs (whites and yolk) so it says to avoid it.

but beef is inbetween moderate-highly reactive in IgE, but not IgG. I've been

eating beef my entire life, any ideas? Is this something that needs to be

rotated or off completely since it's a Moderate IgE reaction?
