Guest guest
I'd also ask for vax records or just the complete health record the hospital has from their births. Say that it should include any exams, medications, vaccines etc. Most docs or hospital charge you a nominal fee to send you copies of medical records. Almost no one does this for free anymore. Some even charge to transfer the records to another doctor, if they don't that other doctor is going to charge you for copies. Not many ways to get the records for free without paying a paper free. I am unsure what the office reports of prenatal visits will help with. I don't know what your looking for. But for example in regards to my son my prenatal reports would not be useful, as I remember my pregnancy well and nothing abnormal was ever found during pregnancy. Jan > > I want to get copies of my girls apgar tests and neonatal reports. is there anything else i can request while i am at it? what about reports from every office visit i had while pregnant? also, they won't charge me for copies if i send to a doctor, but i am not sure if the doctor will give me copies if i do this. anyone know anything about this? thanks >
Guest guest
Prenatal records would potentially show if the mother got any vaccines while pregnant. In case she doesn't remember.
