We started with 5mg of biotin and 125mg of GSE, which were the size of the

capsules, and worked our way up.

We give 4 caps of each now, which is 20mg biotin and 500mg of GSE. Spread this

throughout the day.

Try to get done in the afternoon, wait a couple of hours and then give

probiotics (good bacteria) before bed.

We use these http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Probiotic-10-20

They are cheap and broad spectrum. They also have trace amounts of milk in them

from the fermentation process.

We use 1-2 caps every night. Not sure if you can use too much. Same stuff that's

in yogurt " active cultures " .

You can spend about 10 times the money if you like for more " CFUs " which are

colony forming units.

Hi TJ,Thank you for the recommendation.  He doesn't swallow pills yet can these

be opened and put in a drink-and are there certain drinks you would not mix

probiotics into?  Thanks.

We put everything we give our kids in organic apple juice or organic rice milk.

Don't know that there are any drinks not to mix probiotics with.

I hear that coconut milk has some yeast fighting properties, so maybe not that.
