Why can't I tolerate certain basic vitamins?

My hair test shows deranged mineral transport and I'm wondering if that is

causing this. I can't tolerate oral magnesium, B12 or even 1000iu of vit d. I

become exhausted for days from even 50mg of oral magnesium or 1000mcg of B12.

Does anyone have any thoughts on why this would be? Or anything I can do? I

started taking calcium, but still can only tolerate a small amount of

transdermal magnesium oil. I also take milk thistle, vitamin E, a b complex,

zinc, cod liver oil, digestive enzymes, molybdenum and vitamin C. I'm on my 4th

round of 25 mg each of DMSA and ALA and feel really good. But I'm especially

worried about not getting enough magnesium while chelating.

Thanks!

Joy
