It would not have been enough at my house. I gave my son 20mg biotin 3x per

day, and also 4 GSE tablets 3x per day, when the yeast was really bad.

too...which ALex has a hard time keeping anyway...

OoO and GSE will both affect the good bacteria, altho I don't know to what

extent. I used biotin alone unless it was not sufficient to keep the yeast

under control. Certain protocols required GSE here.
