Hi Everyone,

Any opinions on best/most effective brand of L-Carnitine?

PS. My son's protocol sheet says L-Carnitine 250 mg (not Acetyl L-Carnitine as

I've seen at Kirkman and other lab/pharmacy websites).

Also, he's 7 years old and can't swallow tablets, so I'm looking for capsules.
