Pam is correct. Just go to www.directlabs.com, order the hair element test for

$93...NOT the hair toxic element test.

Direct Labs will send you the test kit, including their medical provider's

signature to send to DDI. Follow instructions inside for submitting your hair

sample (cut it yourself), then send requistion and hair directly to DDI lab.

Direct Labs will email you the results and mail you a copy of DDI's lab results.
