Guest guest
I have recently read that a higher dose of Vitamin D -3 is very good for autistic kids. The reason being that kids and adults do not get enough sun in the winter months and we use sunscreen to block out the suns rays in the summer. For kids over 1 year old and have autism, it is recommended to use 2000iu for each 25 pounds of weight each day. I have heard that 80% of the population is lacking in Vit.D. What is your opinion of this? Be happy to get feedback on this. Thanks. Joyce
