Guest guest
Thank you Dana, after I had posted 3 times asking about these discomforts ( internal heat, headach, neck hurts..) while I was on ALA, Dana finally responded to my question.  So, Dana, Removing mercury with ALA can cause yeast overgrowth? interesting. Anyway, after I read your note, I took some grapefruit seeds extract (anti-fungal), headach went away, my anxiety level gone down also. Question: 1) How does mercury link to yeast overgrowth? 2) So, should I keep taking ALA every 3 hours? And also on GSE? 3) I am going to get Hepatitis B shot and MMR ( I know it is bad... but job requires me to do so), will these shots interfere with ALA? When I had these symptoms myself, it was caused by yeast overgrowth. Dana
Guest guest
Moving mercury causes yeast overgrowth so you need to know this and plan for it. Guest guest
If you were giving biotin and GSE with each dose, did you do any probiotics too? I just wonder how I'll get any probiotics in if I use GSE/biotin every 3 hours? Rosegvr <<I had to give biotin and/or GSE with each dose of ALA, to keep the yeast under control. At round 50, I was able to remove the GSE.>>

Guest guest
> Dana,..Could you please clarify regarding the probiotics? My son never really tolerated probiotics. I don't know what you need me to clarify. I recently started giving him a 10 billion probiotic, which is much lower than most people use, and he seems to be okay with it as long as I don't give it every day. He is nearly biomedically recovered at this point, has no food problems and only needs one supplement. Dana
