Guest guest
I thinks its a combo of everything everyone's said on this topic. But we all need to keep in mind, everyones gotta do what they gotta do. I compare the dealing with a diagnosis is like a death of a loved one, everyone deals differently. There is no right or wrong way, even though it seems odd by us. It sucks they don't get it because WE know you can make your life and childs life way easier/better by looking outside of the box. Guest guest
I agree this diagnosis is like a death and there's a mourning process and I don't want to judge those parents who choose for x reasons to do nothing, but I just can see ahead at how it will become impossible for them to keep them at home. In particular the kids with the severe gastro issues, that gets worse if not treated! Something that I worry about is Mickie getting hurt by another violent student. When I went to pick up Mickie, he was so calm and most the other kids were out of wack. Anyhow, perhaps all I can do is make mine's life a little better.
