Die off or detox pathways are too overwhelmed by the amount of toxins. In my

kid, when he is detoxing and his organism can't go at the proper detox-speed, l

see hyperactivity or exhaustion.... Give more water, non-sugary juices that

promote kidney function: cucumber, celery, kale.

Yes, I've experienced it personally and yes, it is die-off. It's an annoying

feeling and sometimes you don't want to be bothered and you like being in your

own little world. It will pass.

I have heard oil of oregano is good for a yeast fighter but I have not used it.

I would give som activated charcoal about 45 mins after your yeast treatment, to

help mop up the die off...maybe that will help. Jill
