I don't know about all the levels, but it seems you ramped up the dosage on the

chelators pretty quickly. If it was me I would go to 12.5mg (1/2 cap) of each

DMSA and ALA and up the yeast protocol.

The diarrhea is more than likely a side effect of yeast.

- Are you giving probiotics? You can combat bad bacteria with good bacteria.

- Biotin? GSE?

- How do the kids feel? Are they tolerating it well? Do they have good energy?

- How are they eating? What are they eating?

I wouldn't want to stop chelating, just make some adjustments and soldier on. As

long as the kids are feeling OK.

Any quality multi is fine. Don't get worked up about the minerals. With the low

and frequent dosage, and the break, it's not an issue.

The most important stuff during chelation are antioxidants like vitamin C and E.

You also want to supplement zinc, 1mg per pound of body weight, + 20mg, rounding

up.

Subject: [ ] need advice ac protocol

hello, am new here and preparing my son for the ac protocol and am overwhelmed

by all the information available. he is on the gfcf diet and having supplements,

his yeast is not under control yet but we are managing it with GSE, OoO, biotin

and candex. also planning to add a probiotic in soon.

my question is do i keep him on his multi vitamin, he is having kirkman spectrum

complete also has some minerals in it or is there a better multi that i could

give in several doses spread out. i just want to hear what others are using and

what brands are better. am sorry if this has been asked/answered several times

before but what are the basic minerals that should be given on this protocol. am

planning to do this without a DAN as the one i will be seeing does not believe

in ac protocol so i will be using him for blood work etc. thanks in advance

I would stick with 12.5 mg of both, 1/2 a capsule of each, every three hours day

and night.

Maybe up your biotin to 5-10mg spread out throughout the day.

I aslo would give the same supps every day, off or on. I know when I switch

things up it can mess up my boys' bowels.

The diarrhea might aslo be caused by the probiotics. I think VSL has very high

levels of CFUs.

Maybe remove something one at a time, waiting a week, and see if the bowels firm

up.

Can you pinpoint when the diarrhea started? After adding a certain supp?
