48 round report

Hello Listmates. Just wanted to post some good news.

My older son had a great day today! Sometimes it's hard to tell if we are making

progress, but certain events tend to shine a light on it.

My older boy went to the doctor for a check-up and then went to the dentist. We

started chelating last February using the AC protocol with 25mg DMSA. After 8

rounds we added ALA.

- We waited quietly for about 15 minutes before the nurse called us in.

- He followed all the instructions given to him by the nurse, including an eye

test, blood pressure test, and tempurature taking.

- We waited another 20 minutes for the doctor without issue.

- He followed all the instuctions of the doctor, checking his ears, nose, mouth,

etc..

We then went home and had lunch and went straight to the dentist.

- He was able to have his teeth cleaned and they even used one of those suction

things in his mouth.

- Then they took x-rays and he sat still for that. Wow!

This is the same kid I had to physically restrain just a year ago so the doctor

could check his ears!

We have a long way to go, but it's great to see these rays of hope and reminders

that we are making progress.

He is at 25mg DMSA and 25mg ALA. He tolerates it very well. He is almost 50lbs.
