Guest guest
My son has these issues too -- vocal stims and flicking his fingers. It is usually yeast related.
Guest guest
How long ago did you add the Diflucan and GSE? If it was recent, increased sensory could be die-off, but if you have been using them for a period of time longer than a few weeks, you probably need to increase until you see these things disappear. Remember to treat increase the bacteria treatment, if increasing the yeast protocol results in any aggression, anger, or basically any bacteria signs, because reducing yeast can result in increased bacteria. Are you doing or have you considered chelation (via the Andy Cutler protocol)? We have just passed the 40 round mark and I find that my son's yeast is so much easier to control now. His stims and tics are all but gone (except when there is a flare). We are working on reducing the bloated belly still, but that too has gotten much better. We've also just recently introduced homeopathy and I think that is playing a huge part in his rapid recovery in conjunction with the chelation. > > hi all my son has been very stimmy lately .. he has sooo many visuals stims.. as well as vocals....what helps these? should I take him for some kind of sensory therapy ? > He seeks pressure... he spits in the light ... or sunlight... just always has vocals going on.. we have been Scd no nuts .. or egges or honey ... we work on low yeast feeding fruits once a weeks.. like pears sometimes...have been on difflucan GSE together for yeast ... > also use biocidin for bacteria..? > What else should I do .. can someone guide me.. > no one in his entire asd class has soo many seonsory issue .. im the only one doing biomed.. >

Guest guest
For sensory issues we took care of the majority of them (over a period of about a year) with the following: -parasite treatment (herbal) -yeast management (ongoing) -dietary changes (removing many things-if you want a list let me know) -Sensory Integration therapy from a trained OT, including the ALERT program for regulation and Therapeutic Listening (both of which we did as he improved from chelation and could attend more). > > hi all my son has been very stimmy lately .. he has sooo many visuals stims.. as well as vocals....what helps these? should I take him for some kind of sensory therapy ? > He seeks pressure... he spits in the light ... or sunlight... just always has vocals going on.. we have been Scd no nuts .. or egges or honey ... we work on low yeast feeding fruits once a weeks.. like pears sometimes...have been on difflucan GSE together for yeast ... > also use biocidin for bacteria..? > What else should I do .. can someone guide me.. > no one in his entire asd class has soo many seonsory issue .. im the only one doing biomed.. >
