Can you do both TD ALA and oral ALA in same round?

Hi All,

I am wondering if it is alright to use oral ALA during the day but TD during the

night doses?

I guess the negative would be that the pull would not be quite the same between

the two.

I am starting this weekend and just wanted to minimize my son's chance of

waking. He is a pretty good sleeper so I am not too worried.

To avoid re-distribution of metals as much as possible during chelation, you

need to keep the level of chelator in the bloodstream as consistent as possible.

If you mix and match your methods, like mixing oral and transdermal, the levels

will waiver too much and cause more re-distribution.

Do one way or the other.

You make it yourself at home. Just mix the proper dose into a small amount of

good quality hand lotion. We use lubriderm right now and it seems to be working

good.
