My drs say to use 2 grams of fish oil for maintainence and 4 grams for

support like my ASD child needs for brain support....

Hi all,.In my Australian newspaper, I came across an article which states

that Omega-3 fatty acids helps keep levels of zinc in the brain in balance

and helps prevent the increase in levels that triggers cell death...

Now I'm confused as to whether or not I should be supplementing Zinc

Picolinate(he's currently at 30mg/day or every other day) or how much

Omega-3 he should be getting(currently is only on 'eye q', a children's

formulation-EPA 92MG,DHA-28MG).
