For my kid I use the one from GI-Prohealth. It is free from fillers/junk. It is

the best I've found.

I would love to find one too...the one I have one from Mega Food says it is has

" FoodState concentrates....a natural source of vital phytonutrients, including

CoQ10, SOD, glutathione, enzymes, lipoic acid, amino acids and beta glucans. "

It is made with S. Cerevisiae, a supposedly beneficial yeast. I emailed the

company to ask how much glutathione and lipoic acid is contained in their

supplement but did not receive any reply. I don't muscle test well for it and

the one time I took it I got cranky so I have not used it.

We use either Klaire or Pathway Village Green B-Complex which have the more

bioavailable forms of the various Bs.
