Guest guest
I forgot to add, with OLE I'm having less ringing in my ears. Have strep issues. Had rheumatic fever as a child that caused anxiety. Want to wait until stronger for chelation, but am learning a lot.  KathyB <calicocat477@... [ ] Die off question  Is there a difference in what is felt with viral die off verses yeast die-off? I'm trying to recover from mold in a former house. Looking into a book, but it wonder if it's different from recovering from yeast? Wondering about Lyme- long story, or bio-film.The big starting symptom was a feeling of heaviness that got worse. I had a mouth full of fillings that came out the wrong way years ago. I've tried garlic for a few weeks & got die off of chills, sinus & clogged head feeling. I don't know if garlic was wrong having sulfur. I switched to OLE & am getting more chills & pressure on the crown of my head, but the heavy feeling is less. What does this mean? I know I have to increase probiotics & another antifungal. Thanks, Kathy
Guest guest
> Is there a difference in what is felt with viral die off verses yeast die-off? At my house, viral die off caused a lot of yeast overgrowth, plus it caused " typical virus symptoms " as the viruses were leaving. Yeast die off didn't cause any negatives here, we just improved.
