I use the epsom salts from Whole Foods and I do believe this is the safest.

Any Epsom salts that are USP or BP grade should be OK.

I love the San Francisco Bath Salt Company brand. You can find them on line.

Epsom Salts are generally ALL safe. They don't use much fillers in the

manufacturing them. I get the 4lb box at Costco for 5.00 the brand is

Swanson. I use it for internal and external use.

We use " Brothers " " brand . You can get it at Whole Foods or Henry's

Market . Hope this helps ! =)
