I didn't look at the article but I wanted to comment that Echinacea usually works against many of the medicines we take for RA and in general should not be taken by anyone who has RA. I use

http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/Home

to check drug interactions and it lists a lot of supplements or herbal remedies as well as FDA-approved medicines. God bless.

Not only that, but it boosts your immune system which we don't need because ours is already in high gear.

I haven't been sick in almost three years!!! The plus side to

autoimmune disease I guess.
