Guest guest
Thank you for writing. You are an inspiration. My daughter has had the same results. She just had some "saddle bags" to lose. She is not quite done with the protocol and she has gone from 144.5 at 5"10' to 128 today. Her goal is 125 and I am sure she will hit it. She said that was her high school weight. I will have a few Phase 2s to get to my high school weight. You should post pics...you can cut off your head...LOLtjdefense <esly@...> wrote: Allright. First I am the last person someone would expect to be posting on this group as you soon understand, but I just had to share my success. Nope No pictures to post; actually I can't believe I am even writing this. OK. I am a fairly slim and fit guy. I've just been battling some love handles that have resisted my best efforts. I thought I needed to lose only about 5 lbs in the love handles area and was not pleased that I would have to do a minimum of 26 days. Well, it is day 24 and only now the hunger has come that signals that the all the excess fat is gone. I only lost 15 lbs, -only? :-) but that is completely my fault. I did not weigh myself each morning, measure myself or weigh my food on a letter scale but estimated based on weight from store (NOT RECOMMENDED, FOLLOW THE BOOK EXACTLY INSTEAD) However, I followed the diet religiously and exercised without fail; I didn't want 1 slipup to cost me 3 more days. Well here's what happened: My muscles are now VERY defined and striated I have a 6-pack ( who knew that was hidden underneath there) V-shape (thought that was impossible since I was slim but straight from chest to waist.) No love handles (Hallelujah, it hung on until near the end but that is probably because I always used to mess with it to try to make it go) Stay with it guys/gals success is around the corner. Guest guest
Background: Ten year old ASD child who regressed into autism at age 18 mos and lost the 5 words that he had. He has been non-verbal for 8.5 years. In 2006, his parents came to see me for advice on how to begin BioMedical Treatments. They found the supplements overwhelming and detoxification treatments too scary. They did not see me again until 2008. In 2008, I started VERY slowly with them on beginning supplementation due to fear that they would be overwhelmed and stop the treatment again. They finally agreed to give the Andy Cutler protocol (DMSA) a trial. They started with 5 mg and slowly worked up to 8.3 mg per dose every four hours, two weekends per month. After only 3 months, the child is now beginning to use a few words. While it is true that I charge for my time in helping other parents do Biomedical Treatments and have made a career of it, there is nothing like the satisfaction of helping a child achieve such an improvement. For those with the background to move forward on their own, that is great. For those who are sitting on the fence and afraid to begin, find someone who can guide you and just start moving. If you are too afraid to try, you will not go anywhere. Best wishes. Lottner, MSc Israel
